“Libeloulas” is an acrobatic group, that works on aerial acrobatics and aerial dance. Was created by Chryssa Traikopoulou and Christina Zanni, after they returned from a series of acrobatic adventures in Argentina. Acrobatic silks, rope, aerial hammocks, trapeze, aerial hoop, and bodrie, are the objects that they use in their performances. They use  a variety of means such as slide and video projections, installations and objects on the air. They aim to use the extreme physical postures for serving the narration of a story and for transfusing a sense of poetry in the images that are created. Libeloulas love nature and journeys. They fly with the one wing upon South America and the other upon Greece, they teach and dance on the air…
